It results in our most intense Lungo – full-bodied and with a punchy bitter note and woodsy aroma.

OAT MILKLATTEWITHCARDAMOM ROOIBOS SYRUP
Ingredients:
- 1 unit Cape Town Envivo Lungo
- 10 ml golden syrup
- 5 ml rooibos powder
- 2 cardamom pods, seeds removed and finely ground
- 220 ml oat milk
Step 1: Mix the golden syrup, rooibos powder and ground cardamom in a View Recipe glass
Step 2: Extract 40ml of Cape Town Envivo Lungo on top
Step 3: Froth the oat milk in the Aeroccino
Step 4: Pour the hot milk over the coffee mixture
Step 5: Stir and serve immediately
