Inspired by the finesse and artistry of the maître pâtissier, Nespresso’s blenders and roasters crafted an aromatic marriage between smooth, cereal-noted Latin American and African Arabicas and the alluring raspberry flavour. Up the decadence by adding a dash of milk and bringing a soft creaminess to this festive coffee treat.

1 capsule of Infiniment Fruité Coffee Capsule
120 ml of Champagne Brut Billecart-Salmon
3 pcs of Raspberries
1 Rose petal (pesticide-free*)
1. Brew 40 ml of Infiniment Fruité and add one ice cube into your Barista device, or in a shaker. Close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button. If using a shaker, shake vigorously.
2. Pour 10 ml of Rose syrup and 60 ml of Champagne Brut into a Champagne cocktail glass. Stir gently.
3. Pour another 60 ml of Champagne Brut. Stir gently again.
4. Add fresh raspberries on a stick and an edible bio rose petal as a garnish.
