Try the Lemon Basil Italiana recipe for a taste of rosemary, pine nuts and a golden drizzle of honey that meet a thick milk foam and make this espresso macchiato a magical medley. Alternatively, enjoy a cup of Rosemary Pine Honey Espresso Macchiato for nitro-style iced coffee that pops with citrus and peppery sweet basil, and rushes in with layers of sweetness to fall in love with.

LEMON BASIL ITALIANA

Ingredients:

98g Ice Cubes

20ml Fresh non treated lemon

10g Fresh Basil

4g Brown Sugar

70ml Sparkling Water

40ml Milano Intenso LE Capsule

How to make:

1. Extract 40ml of espresso into your Barista Device and add 1 Ice cube. Close the lid, select the "Iced Nitro" recipe and press the start button.

2. Into a view recipe glass put 4 pieces (20g) of Fresh non-treated lemon and 4g of Brown sugar(1 Nespresso sugar stick. Muddle it. Add 5 Fresh basil leaves and 10ml of Cane Syrup.

3. Add 3 Ice cubes of 30 grams and pour 70ml of Sparkling water. Mix it slowly with a spoon. Pour the cold nitro coffee style over it. Add a nice piece of fresh basil and fresh lemon peel on top.
