IL CAFFÈ
One sip of Il Caffè offers your palate the complete Italian coffee experience. It’s an intense coffee, beautifully complex in its roasted and cereal notes, and with a smooth and velvety texture. Hints of woody and cocoa aromas add to this classic coffee’s rich character. Its lingering aftertaste makes this a coffee to remember.
Origin
For this blend, we use powerful tasting Vietnamese and Indian Robustas , combined with a pristine Colombian Arabicas for a touch of acidity.
Roasting
We roast the Robustas and Arabicas separately, both to an exceptionally dark degree. The Robustas are slightly darker to develop intensity and a long lasting taste, The Arabicas are a touch lighter but longer to keep a touch of acidity
QUALITY COFFEE
We carefully select only the highest quality coffees and conduct more than 70 checks from farm to cup to ensure quality consistency without compromise.
Each coffee pod is carefully blended, roasted and grinded for the best flavour and aroma, sealed for freshness in our recyclable aluminum capsules, waiting to be released for your coffee pleasure.
OUR CAPSULES ARE MADE USING 80% RECYCLED ALUMINIUM
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimise waste and maximise reuse of product materials.
Recycled aluminium requires less energy to produce and it provides the perfect barrier against oxygen, light and humidity to protect the freshness and aromas of coffee over time.
