General Delivery (Outside Metro Manila & Cebu):
All orders outside of Metro Manila and Cebu are subject to a delivery SLA of 2-5 days.

Metro Manila Delivery:
Nespresso makes every possible effort to ensure deliveries in the Metro Manila area within 1 - 3 working days. Orders placed before the cutoff time (1:00 PM local time) are eligible for next-day delivery.

Provincial Delivery:
For provincial areas, Nespresso aims to deliver orders within 10 – 15 working days. Working days are defined as Mondays to Saturdays.

Next Day Delivery - Cebu Province:
Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time), subject to stock availability at our Cebu warehouse. Orders placed after the cutoff time or when stock is unavailable will be processed from our Manila warehouse with an SLA of 6-10 days.

Stock Availability & Modifications:
If an item is unavailable in the Cebu warehouse, customers can opt to remove or change the unavailable item(s) to proceed with next-day delivery. If no modifications are made, the order will be processed from the Manila warehouse with an extended delivery timeline.

Delays:
Delivery times are based on stock availability and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
