1.1 Each order placed with Nespresso shall be governed by the present General Conditions of Sale and is subject to particular conditions applicable to orders placed via the Internet or in the Nespresso Boutiques.

1.2 Nespresso reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version.

2.1 You may place your orders:

  • In the Nespresso partner retailers for machine purchases

2.2 There is no minimum quantity of coffee orders online.

2.3 Nespresso offers its products within the limits of its available stocks.

2.4 Nespresso reserves the right to refuse orders, notably in case of unpaid invoices or insolvency.

3.1 To the extent permitted by law, Nespresso is entitled to, at any time, without providing reasons and with no liability to you or any third parties, verify an order, and to refuse, cancel or terminate an order for any reasonable ground. We may refuse an order if:

  • Product is totally or partially unavailable after the order is made.
  • Failure of payment and/or non-payment within period provided
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or invalid delivery address
  • Insolvency

4.1 Nespresso makes every possible effort to ensure your orders are delivered within lead time. 1 - 3 working days for Metro Manila area. For PROVINCIAL areas, orders are delivered within 10 – 15 working days.

4.2 If you request a particular means of delivery different from that used normally by Nespresso, any additional cost will be billed to you.

4.3 If no one is available to receive order upon delivery, the courier will inform Nespresso. A Coffee Specialist will get in touch with you to schedule the date of your preferred delivery. You will be charged a delivery fee upon the 3rd attempt.

5.1 In case you observe loss, damaged or missing items, you must notify and file a claim, together with our relevant invoices and signed delivery notes to Nespresso in writing or calling our Customer Relationship Center within 48 hours after receipt of the Products. Nespresso shall in such case provide you with identical replacement Products.

6.1 You may cancel your order after 24 hours from the time the order has been made and we will refund you with net of applicable charges (e.g. bank charges) within 21 business days after you have notified us of cancelling your order.

6.2 Once your order has been placed, the Products cannot be changed anymore.

6.3 To cancel your order, please notify Nespresso immediately by calling the Customer Relationship Centre on +632 8477 – 7870.

7.1 All machines received within 48 hours are considered in good condition and is not valid for exchange, unless the damage was proved incurred in transit during delivery.

7.2 Nespresso will only accept such returns for machines accompanied by the relevant invoice.

7.3 All coffee orders are not valid for returns or exchanges. All orders are deemed correct upon payment.

8.1 The prices invoiced for the goods you order are those in effect on the date you place your order and inclusive of VAT.

8.2 The fee for delivery charges is applicable to all orders except if it is within the stated minimum spend for free delivery.

8.3 Nespresso offers no rebates or reductions for wholesale or trade orders/quantities.

9.1 Credit Cards payments online is due in full before ordered goods are dispatched.

9.2 Cash on Delivery for online orders are for Metro Manila areas only. Customers are expected to prepare the exact amount upon payment.

10.1 The Nespresso machines are guaranteed by the manufacturers pursuant to the specific terms and conditions listed in the original product documentation and such guarantee is without prejudice to any of your statutory consumer rights.

10.2 For any questions concerning the operation, maintenance and after-sales service of your Nespresso machine, please contact Nespresso by telephone for advice and assistance

10.3 In the event that your machine (that is sent for service or repair) is found by Nespresso to be affected by any issue(s) that renders the machine unsuitable for use (including hygiene issues like pest infestation), Nespresso strongly recommends that you do not continue to use such machine, and Nespresso will dispose of your machine in an appropriate manner. However, if despite Nespresso’s above-mentioned recommendations, you decide to retrieve the machine from Nespresso, you agree to the following on behalf of yourself and any person affected by and/or using the machine:

  • (a) You understand that the continued possession use of the machine involves inherent risks and dangers, including that of personal and bodily injury, death, property damage and possible personal and economic losses, and you voluntarily and freely choose to assume these risks, and
  • (b) You fully and forever release and discharge Nespresso and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents and contractors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries (including death), losses, damages, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to you or your property, or that of any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the continued use and possession of the said machine.

11.1 Nespresso does not sell your personal data to third parties and treats it in strict accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy. The Nespresso privacy policy is published on the site nespresso.com.

11.2 As per applicable law, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you by writing Nespresso at the below-noted address.

12.1 If Nespresso knows or has reason to believe that your Credentials are indeed used by another person, or may have been compromised, Nespresso shall immediately suspend the use of such account.

13.1 The present General Conditions of Sales are governed by Philippine Law.

NESPRESSO INISSIA STARTER PLAN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT/AMENDMENT

The Nespresso Inissia Starter Plan Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legal and, binding agreement between Novateur Coffee Concepts Inc. (the “Seller”) and the customer identified in the order form (the “Customers” or “Customers”). The Agreement states the terms in which the Seller provides a Nespresso Inissia Starter Plan (the “Plan”) to the Customers. The “Effective Date” of the Agreement shall be the date upon which the Customers successfully purchase the Plan on its available Nespresso Philippines channels, where the placement of order and payment successfully pushes through. The Seller may amend the Agreement as the need requires without prior notice. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the Customers agrees to the terms of the Agreement.

2. WHAT THE INISSIA STARTER PLAN IS AND HOW IT WORKS

Customers can enjoy ₱6,500 OFF with 0% interest on a 12-month installment payment period on the Inissia coffee machine purchased through www.nespresso.ph (the “Nespresso Online Store”) along with ₱2,000 MONTHLY ONLINE STORE CREDITS for 12 months.

How the Inissia Starter Plan works:

  • Customers must create an account or must have an active account on the Nespresso Online Store to avail of the Inissia Starter Plan.
  • Customers may avail of the Plan on the Nespresso Online Store with ₱2,250 monthly credit card installment payment for 12 months (0% interest with 12-month commitment period).
  • The first installment payment of ₱2,250 will be charged upon successful purchase of the Plan, where the following products and services are included within the standard delivery lead time (1-3 working days within Metro Manila, 10-15 working days within Provincial Areas) of Nespresso Online Store:
    • Inissia Machine (color based on customers' choice)
    • Original Machine Complimentary Capsules (7 capsules)
    • 1st month ₱2,000 monthly online store credit converted into 5 Nespresso Coffee Sleeves (equivalent to 50 Nespresso Coffee Capsules)
    • Free delivery
  • For the next 11 months, customers will be charged ₱2,250/month and the ₱2,000 monthly online store credits will be automatically credited in their Nespresso Credits (Nespresso e-wallet) Monthly online store credits will be issued on the same day as the original purchase each month.

Customers are eligible to purchase and sign-up for only one (1) Inissia Starter Plan per account until the end of the commitment period.

3. MONTHLY ONLINE STORE CREDITS

The ₱2,000 monthly online store credits may be used to purchase any Original Coffee blend and/or accessories available at the Nespresso Online Store. Nespresso coffee machines are excluded. The online store credits may not be used to pay for the corresponding shipping fees of purchases from the Nespresso Online Store.

Credits are non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Plan is open to BDO, BPI, HSBC, and Metrobank credit cardholders whose cards are issued in the Philippines (“Cardholder/s”) and are in good credit standing during the Plan period. For avoidance of doubt, a BDO, BPI, HSBC, or Metrobank credit card is in good credit standing if there is no reason for BDO, BPI, HSBC, or Metrobank to restrain, suspend, cancel, withdraw or terminate the card pursuant to their Cardholder Terms and Conditions as well as Legal and Compliance Policy considerations.

Debit cards and corporate cards are excluded from the list of accepted payment methods for this plan.

5. PROMO PERIOD

The Plan promo period shall run from September 1, 2025 onwards. The Seller reserves the right to end the promotional period at any time without prior notice.

5. DISCLAIMER ON WARRANTIES

The Plan comes with a 1-year local warranty starting from the purchase date. We highly encourage customers to register their machines on their Nespresso Online Account.

The process for service and repair is through pick-up and delivery. A service unit will be issued as a temporary unit (subject to availability), applicable only for Metro Manila area.

For customers in provincial areas, arrangement for the shipment of their machine to Nespresso Philippines’ Pasig repair center shall be made by the customer.

7. RENEWAL

Customers may opt to renew their Plan before the 12-month lock-in period expires. An additional 5% in Nespresso online credits will be given to the customers. As an example, if the Inissia Starter Plan Monthly Credit is ₱2,000, Customers will receive ₱2,100 in monthly online store credits under the Renewed Plan, which will be automatically added to their Nespresso Online Account.

Should the customers opt not to renew the Plan, any unused and accumulated online store credits after the 12-month lock-in period will be safely stored in the Customers’ Nespresso Online Account for a period of six (6) months and may still be used to purchase any Original Coffee blend and/or accessories.

8. CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their Plan anytime before the end of the 12-month commitment period. In such cases, the Customer is liable to immediately pay a pre-termination fee of ₱6,500 covering the discounted amount of the machine, plus pre-termination administrative fees if any.

8.1. PROCESS

To cancel their Plan, Customers may complete the cancellation request form available on the Cancellation Page. The Customers will receive an email through their registered email address on the Nespresso Online Store with the pre-termination fee details and payment instructions. Once payment has been settled, the Seller will send a notification email to the Customers that the Plan has been cancelled.

Customers are also responsible for notifying their credit card provider of the cancellation, as it is subject to the credit card issuer’s cancellation policy. Any fees, terms, or conditions imposed by the issuer will apply and must be managed directly with the credit card provider.

8.2. UNUSED MONTHLY ONLINE CREDITS

Any unused credits may still be used, however the succeeding monthly online store credits will be forfeited upon approval of cancellation. Once forfeited, monthly online store credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.

8.3. REVERSAL CHARGES

Customers may coordinate directly with their bank or credit card provider to reverse the charges.

9. RETURNS

The Inissia machine purchased through the Plan is non-returnable, even if the Plan has been cancelled.
