For PHP 2,250/month, you get an Inissia coffee machine for only PHP 250/month (total of PHP 3,000 for 12 months), PHP 2,000 monthly
Nespresso credits which you may spend on coffee and accessories, and access to a wide variety of Nespresso coffees—from espressos to
lattes—all brewed conveniently in the comfort of your home.
The PHP 2,000 Nespresso credits on the first month is equivalent to 5 coffee sleeves.

Yes, you will own the Inissia coffee machine upon purchase of the Starter Plan.

Currently, we offer only one Starter Plan—the Inissia Starter Plan at PHP 2,250/month for 12 months.

Yes, your Inissia coffee machine comes with a 1-year warranty.
Each customer is eligible to sign up for only one Inissia Starter Plan per account. This also applies after the 12-month installment cycle.
Yes, you can choose any Original Coffee blend available at www.nespresso.ph with your available credits. Any amount in excess of the monthly credit will be settled through the preferred available payment option (COD*, Gcash, Maya, Debit/Credit Card).

No, credits cannot be used to pay for the shipping fee.
No, you cannot use the available credits to purchase an additional Nespresso machine. Nespresso credits can be used to purchase coffees and/or accessories.
You can accumulate your monthly credits—any unused balance will be safely stored in your e-wallet and can be used in the following months to purchase coffees and/or accessories.
At the moment, our Starter Plans do not include milk machine solutions. We recommend using your monthly credits to get the Aeroccino 3 — an ultra-simple and fast automatic milk frother that creates light, creamy hot or cold milk froth in seconds. Just pour in the milk, press a button, and enjoy smooth froth for countless coffee recipes like a café latte, all without noise or vibration.

All Nespresso machines and Aeroccinos come with a 1-year local warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Yes, you can absolutely renew your Starter Plan. The renewed plan includes PHP 2,000 monthly online credits, which can be used to purchase any Original coffee blends or accessories.
You’ll receive an email reminder on your 10th month with the option to renew your plan (note: the renewal does not include a free machine). Full details will be provided in the email.
Yes, you will get additional credit when you renew your plan before it expires on the 12th month. Details will be sent via email on the 10th month.
After the 12th month, any remaining credits will be safely stored in your account until 6 months after and can still be used to purchase any Original Coffee blend or accessories at www.nespresso.ph.
