Master Origins India introduces the exclusive Robusta monsooning method, found only along India's southwest coast, where the beans undergo a captivating transformation. Over several months, they are exposed to the monsoonal winds, which repeatedly swell and dry them. Local craftsmen meticulously attend to the drying coffee beans as they develop the renowned spicy flavour and syrupy body you’ll taste in this Indian coffee blend. This process mimics the historical journey these beans would take when sailing to Europe, resulting in a truly distinctive flavour profile.

We split roast this blend with a medium and slightly short roast, separating Arabicas from Robustas to keep their distinct characteristics alive
