CARAMELLO APPLE BRÛLÉE CAPPUCINO

Ingredient(s)

1. 5g of Caramel Sauce

2. 2g of Brown Sugar

3. 40g of Apple

4. 100ml of 1.5% Milk

Step 1: Pour cold milk directly into the Barista device (up to lowest level). Close the lid, select cappuccino recipe on the device and press the start button.

Step 2: Add caramel sauce on the bottom of a barista small cup.

Step 3: Brew 40ml of Caramello on top

Step 4: With the barista device spoon, add the hot milk foam on the coffee.

Step 5: Garnish with brown sugar over it. With a burner caramelized the sugar on top.

Step 6: Add freshly sliced apple over the foam.

This flavored blend delights with a classic caramel flavor combined with sweet biscuit and nutty notes.
