Kazaar is a Robusta-led blend created using coffees from India and Nicaragua.
Palermo's multicultural influences and rich coffee heritage fueled our imagination. We set out to create a coffee that would capture the essence of Palermo's vibrant spirit and deliver an exceptional sensory experience. We crafted Ispirazione Palermo Kazaar with a long, dark roasting style and a high Robusta content. Robust bitterness, velvety smoothness, and roasted notes are crowned with adark, thick crema, a testament to the artistry that went into creating this masterpiece.

We split roast this blend to bring out the distinct qualities of each coffee. Most of beans get an intense roast to develop bitterness and body, but we give the unwashed Robusta a shorter and lighter roast to bring out some of the finer aromatic notes
We carefully select only the highest quality coffees and conduct more than 70 checks from farm to cup to ensure quality consistency without compromise.
Each coffee pod is carefully blended, roasted and grinded for the best flavour and aroma, sealed for freshness in our recyclable aluminum capsules, waiting to be released for your coffee pleasure.
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimise waste and maximise reuse of product materials.
