This blend brings together the sweet cereal characteristic of Brazil’s pulped natural Bourbons with the fruity notes of a washed Colombian Arabica
The Brazilian coffee is medium roasted to keep all the Bourbon variety’s malty cereal notes intact. The washed Colombian beans get a short roast to release all its finer aromatics.
Enjoy it like a local: Top up your Lungo with hot water for a 150ml cup and pair it with a slice of cake.
VIENNA CREAM CROWN
Ingredients:
Step 1: Pour 250 ml of cream and insert one capsule of whipper charger into the Cream Whipper Siphon (250 ml Siphon) and shake vigorously.
Step 2: Add 20 g of bitter orange jam into a View Gran Lungo Mug.
Step 3: Extract 110 ml of World Explorations Vienna Lungo over it.
Step 4: Add the whipped cream on top of the coffee.
Step 5: Pour some chocolate sauce over the top.
